I have always enjoyed being active since I was 12 years old. I grew up playing football, baseball, and basketball through high school along with playing 2 years of collegiate football at Augsburg University up in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Starting in high school, I had a passion for fitness and staying healthy. While playing football at Augsburg, I pursued a degree in Exercise Science to dive a little deeper into the knowledge behind training, nutrition, and healthy habits.


After graduating from Augsburg University, I followed my passion and took a job as a Strength Coach and Nutrition Coach at Detour Athletics for 3 years. During my time there, I was able to coach a variety of different populations from the general population to athletes looking to go to the collegiate and/or professional level. I furthered my education 2 years ago by taking on a masters degree in the field of Human Performance from Liberty University. At the same time I took a high level nutrition certification through Precision Nutrition.

Personalized Online/Remote Programming ($300/month) (*2 month minimum)

  • (Appropriate for those that have their nutrition under control or already following a diet plan and in no need of support)
  • Individualized Strength Training/Conditioning program that is designed and built to your goals, needs, and equipment availability.
  • You have weight to lose? Upcoming event to train for? Need to get wedding ready? This is for you!
  • 24/6 Access to coach via Email, Text Message, Messenger (Saturdays off and will reply Sunday)
  • Initial/Monthly consultation (Can be done in person or via Zoom)
  • Inbody Scan (Measures body fat and muscle mass)
  • Demonstration videos
  • Weekly check-ins 
  • *2 month minimum. Consistency over a 6-week period will yield best and consistent results

Nutrition Coaching ($300/Month) (*2 month minimum)

  • (Appropriate for those who have a weight lifting regimen already but would like guidance with their nutrition)
  • Let’s dive into your relationship with food. With Nutrition Coaching, you will be educated on making smarter food choices in order to achieve your specific health goal.
  • You have weight you would like to lose? You have muscle you are trying to build? Event or vacation you would like to look your best for? Let’s work together!
  • 24/6 Access to coach via Email, Text Message, Messenger (Saturdays off and will reply as soon as Sunday.
  • Initial/Monthly consultation (Can be done in person or via zoom)
  • Inbody Scan (Measures body fat and muscle mass)
  • Daily Check-ins
  • Meal Plan
  • Health) food options
  • Menu examples based on your nutritional needs (gluten intolerance, vegan, etc)
  • *2 month minimum. Consistency over a 6-week period will yield best and consistent results

  • 60 - Minute Sessions
  1. 12 Sessions/Month: $900
  2. 8 Sessions/Month: $600
  3. 4 Session/Month: $300
  • 45 - Minute Sessions
  1. 12 Sessions/Month: $720
  2. 8 Session/Month: $480
  3. 4 Sessions/Month: $240
